The Village School hosts various community events throughout the year:
- Early November Lantern Walk and Contradance for Families
- Mid-November Open House – Prospective families welcome
- December Holiday Celebration – The whole school sings for families and friends
- Early February Open House – Prospective families welcome
- Early May May Day! Traditional May Day celebration with maypole
- Early June Saturday Morning on Royalston Common at the Royalston Town Hall and Common – Pancake breakfast, Silent Auction, live birds of prey, Millers River Morris Men, mimosa stand, and lots for kids to do
